【合结钢】基本说明15 crmo alloy structural steel characteristics and scope of application: have a good process performance and welding performance, under 500 ~ 550 ℃ has high lasting strength. The temperature over 550 ℃, the oxidation resistance, creep strength significantly reduced. Long-term in 500 ~ 550 ℃, the strong steel hot sex is reduced, strength decrease. Used in the manufacture of 510 ℃ high, medium pressure steam conduit, header and tube wall temperature is 550 ℃ of superheater and forgings.
15CrMo合金结构钢有良好的工艺性能和焊接性能，在500～550℃下有较高的持久强度。温度X过 550℃时，抗氧化性能变差，蠕变强度显著降低。长期处在 500～550 ℃时，钢的热强性降低，强度降低。用于制造510℃的高、中压蒸气导管、集箱以及管壁温度为550℃的过热器及锻件。
15CrMo合金结构钢化学成份：
碳 C ：0.12～0.18
硅 Si：0.17～0.37
锰 Mn：0.40～0.70
硫 S ：允许残余含量≤0.035
磷 P ：允许残余含量≤0.035
铬 Cr：0.80～1.10
镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.030
铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.030
钼 Mo：0.40～0.55
