20 crmnsi alloy structural steel characteristics and applicable scope: is the strength and toughness are higher low carbon alloy steel, with repeated impact resistance, good low temperature impact toughness and wear resistance, higher plasticity and good weldability. Suitable for cold stamping or cold welding parts of the parts and the demand is higher, but also higher toughness manufacturing requirements of parts, such as high strength mine ring chain, high-strength bolt, etc.
20CrMnSi合金结构钢特性及适用范围：是强度和韧性都较高的低碳合金钢，具有多次冲击抗力、良好的低温冲击韧性和耐磨性，有较高的塑性和良好的焊接性。适合制造冷冲压或冷拉零件及要求较高的焊接件，也可制造要求韧性较高的零件，如高强度矿用圆环链、高强度螺栓等。
20CrMnSi合金结构钢化学成份：
碳 C ：0.17～0.23
硅 Si：0.90～1.20
锰 Mn：0.80～1.10
硫 S ：允许残余含量≤0.035
磷 P ：允许残余含量≤0.035
铬 Cr：0.80～1.10
镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.030
铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.030
20CrMnSi合金结构钢特性及适用范围：是强度和韧性都较高的低碳合金钢，具有多次冲击抗力、良好的低温冲击韧性和耐磨性，有较高的塑性和良好的焊接性。适合制造冷冲压或冷拉零件及要求较高的焊接件，也可制造要求韧性较高的零件，如高强度矿用圆环链、高强度螺栓等。
热处理规范：淬火880℃,油冷;回火480℃,水冷、油冷。
金相组织：回火索氏体+针状铁素体。
●交货状态：以热处理（正火、退火或高温回火）或不热处理状态交货，交货状态应在合同中注明。
