Characteristics and scope of application: silicon and manganese increased the strength of the elastic and showed, improve the hardenability, resistance to tempering stability and sagging resistance stability, overheating sensitivity is smaller, but the decarburization tend to be larger, especially silicon and carbon content is high, easy graphitization, carbon steel is brittle. Used in automobile, tractor and motorcycle vibration plate spring and screw, cylinder, valve spring, spring also can be used for under 250 ℃ using hot spring.
弹簧钢 特性及适用范围：硅和锰提高弹性强度和屈强比，提高淬透性，抗回火稳定性和抗松弛稳定性，过热敏感性也较小，但脱碳倾向较大，尤其是硅与碳含量较高时，碳易于石墨化，使钢变脆。用作汽车、拖拉机和机车上的减振板簧和螺旋弹簧、气缸安全阀簧，还可用作 250℃以下使用的耐热弹簧。

碳 C ：0.52～0.60
硅 Si：1.50～2.00
锰 Mn：0.60～0.90
硫 S ：≤0.035
磷 P ：≤0.035
铬 Cr：≤0.35
镍 Ni：≤0.35
铜 Cu：≤0.25

抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：≥1274(130)
屈服强度 σs (MPa)：≥1176(120)
伸长率 δ10 (％)：≥6
断面收缩率 ψ (％)：≥30
硬度 ：热轧,≤302HB;冷拉+热处理,≤321HB
热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：淬火870℃±20℃,油冷; 回火480℃±50℃(特殊需要时,±30℃)。
金相组织：回火屈氏体。
交货状态：热轧钢材以热处理或不热处理状态交货，冷拉钢材以热处理状态交货。
